Marilyn L. Eckert, 77, of Easton, PA, peacefully went to be with the Lord onThursday, July 30, 2020, surrounded by her lovingfamily. Marilyn was born in Passaic, NJ and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Mann. She was a 1960 graduate of Nutley High School; and worked as a Medical Secretary at different hospitals, and Pharmacy Tech. Marilyn was the wife of Barkley F. Eckert, Jr. for over 54 years. Marilyn and Bart enjoyed living in Punta Gorda, FL for over 20 years prior to moving toEaston, PA. She enjoyed oldies music, playing cards, and she cherished spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.Marilynattended Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church of Easton, PA.Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Bart, her son, Scott A. Eckert (Ilona) and three daughters, Gayle P. Winzenried (Mick), Lori A. Kantor(Ronald), and Jennifer L. Eckert (Mike Williams). Marilyn was precededby her brothers, Thomas Mannand David Mann; and survived by her brother Edward Mann (Kathy), and sister-in-law, Jane.Marilyn was the grandmother to nine grandchildren. Ronnie (preceded), Matt, Deana, Paige, Dominique, Drew, Caleb, Brendan and Kaelyn; and great-grandmother to seven, Adam, Dolly, Daisy, Grayson, Justice, Banks and Ronnie.She was also a step-grandmother to MJ, Jess, Charissa, Cody, Alicia, and Tylia.A memorial service to honor the life of Marilyn will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Florida Cancer Center and/or St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem, PA..
