Marion E. Amato, 86, of Wilson Boro, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Easton Hospital. Born: Marion was born in Easton, PA, daughter of the late John L. and Elizabeth G. (Konn) Fetherman. Personal: Marion was married to Joseph F. Amato before his passing. She was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1946. Marion was a cashier for Acme in the Easton and Phillipsburg area. She was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memberships: Marion was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Survivors: Marion is survived by her son John P. Amato of Easton; sister-in-law Linda Fetherman of Nazareth; former daughter-in-law Joanmarie Shields of Easton; grandchildren Melynda Amato, Jessica Amato-Bream, Jonathon Amato, Victoria Amato; great-grandchildren Jaedon, Jalea, Mariana, and Xander. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her brother Donald W. Fetherman. Services: Calling hours will be held on Monday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and also on Tuesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am in the funeral home.
