Martha M. Erdie, 92, of Easton passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at home with her family by her side. Born in Easton on April 2, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Peter J. and Jennie (LaMotta) DiRaimondo. Martha attended Easton Area High School. She married the love of her life, Michael F. Erdie on February 13, 1954 and enjoyed 64 years of wedded bliss before his passing in 2018.

Martha liked to sew and made many projects over the years. She liked to do puzzles and was a wiz at word search puzzles. Most of all she enjoyed taking care of her family and spending time with them as much as possible.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Myers and her husband, Charles of Mount Bethel; grandchildren, Carol Vazquez of Easton; Michael Myers of Mount Bethel; Charles Myers and his wife, Shannon of Palmer Twp; great granddaughter, Ava Myers. She also leaves behind her beloved cat, Tinker.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Erdie; sisters, Grace Crivellaro; Helen Kerr; Jean Renzulli; and granddaughter in law, Penny Reeser.

Calling hours will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday, April 22, 2024 at Morello Funeral Home, Inc. 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton (Palmer Twp.) immediately followed by a funeral service. Interment will take place at Northampton Memorial Shrine, Green Pond Road, Easton.
