Mary Lou Barreto, 73 of Bethlehem Twp., passed away Monday June 6, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on June 18, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY a daughter of the late George and Jeanne Herow Vaught.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband Camilo in 2010. She was employed as a secretary for East Coast Agency and later for American Marine Insurance Clearance House where she retired in 2004. She was a graduate of Prospect Heights High School in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoyed crafts and computer games.

Mary Lou is survived by her daughters Pamela Ann Spagnoli and husband Scott of Bethlehem Twp., Nicole Jeanne Santostefano and husband William of Manalapan, NJ; a sister Lilliane Gaucher of Ocala, FL; a brother George Vaught Jr. of Bonita Springs, FL and grandchildren Luke Alexander Spagnoli, Liam James Santostefano and Jaclyn Nicole Santostefano.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and 6:00pm until 8:00pm in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A memorial service will be held on Friday at 10:00am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
