Mary Monaco Taylor, 89, of formerly of Wilson Boro, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 in Easton Hospital.
Born : Mary was born in Easton, PA, a daughter of the late Andrew and Rosaria (Zito) Monaco.
Personal: Mary was married to Clay S. Taylor Jr., before his passing in 1982. She was a Supervisor for Southwestern Drug of Fort Worth Texas, before retiring in 1980. She served in the US Signal Corps during World War II.
Memberships: Mary was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Survivors: Mary is survived by her daughter Deborah E. Brown of Wilson Boro; a brother Phillip Monaco of Wilson Boro; a grandchild Clay W. Brown and wife Stephanie of West Easton; and a great-granddaughter Madeline Rose Brown. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sisters Susie Patti, Nellie Hanni, Grace Misero, Mildred Murgia, Jean Hanni, Ann Nehila; and a brother Anthony Monaco.
Services: A calling hour will be held on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 pm in the church. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Fort Worth, TX. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
