MaryAnn L. Carroll, 63, of Easton, PA, formerly of Holland Twp., NJ, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 in her home.

MaryAnn was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, a daughter of the late Preben and Hannah Pedersen.

MaryAnn was married to Roger G. Carroll, with whom she celebrated 26 years of marriage last April. She was a graduate of North Hunterdon Regional High School, class of 1975. MaryAnn was a Recreational Therapist for the state of NJ, lastly at Glen Gardner Psychiatric Hospital for 28 years before retiring. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers; and canned her own hot peppers and strawberry jam. She was an artist, painter, jewelry maker, and a talented musician who loved to play the guitar.

In addition to her husband, MaryAnn is survived by a son Alexander C.L. Carroll, residing at home; a sister Christina Moyer of the Poconos; a brother Peter Pedersen of the Poconos; and a beloved dog, Harold.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
