Matthew J. Lubrano, 85, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014 in his home. Born: Matthew was born in Brooklyn, NY, a son of the late Vincent and Mary (Citranglo) Lubrano. Personal: Matthew was married to the former Josie Grande. He worked in loading and was a crane operator for NY Shipping Association. He served his country in the US Navy. Memberships: He was a member of the congregation of Jehovahs Witness in Forks Twp. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Matthew is survived by his son Matthew P. Lubrano and wife Mary of Brewster, NY; brother Louis Lubrano of Horsehead, NY; grandchildren Jason, Nina, Mary Jo, and a great-grandchild Chloe. He is preceded in death by a son Vincent Lubrano; and a sister Louise DeFelice. Services: A calling hour will be held on Sunday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), followed by a funeral service at 2pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
