Meg Irene Hoops, 70, of Wilson Boro passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at her daughter's home surrounded by family. Born in Easton on September 15, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Gustav and Ruth (Jones) Hoops.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family especially during the holidays. Meg enjoyed browsing yard sales, talking with her neighbors or simply piecing together a jigsaw puzzle. She also enjoyed playing card games with her siblings and video games with the kids at every opportunity she could.

Meg is survived by her son, Christian Hoops of Wilson; daughter, Prudence Khan and her husband, Omar of Bangor; sisters, Julia Roe of OK; Melinda Ford and her husband, Bill of Easton; Melody Hoops of Easton; brother, Phillip Hoops of Nazareth. Meg was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, Donna Gray and her husband, James and Balthazar Khan. She was also the cherished Mema to Kayla and Devon Roe; Amanda Malave and her husband Oscar; Great Mema to Tristan Malave, Makella Roe; and countless nieces and nephews whom she loved and adored.

In addition to her parents, Meg was preceded in death by her sisters, Synthia Snyder, Blanche Hann; and brothers, Larry and Dennis Hoops.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.)
