Michael Sroka, Jr., 83, of Upper Black Eddy, PA passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Born on August 4, 1941 in Plainfield, NJ, he was the son of the late Michael and Stella (Szymansky) Sroka.

He was a store manager for A&P Grocery Stores before he retired in 2001. Michael was a gardening and train enthusiast, especially the Pennsylvania Railroad.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Joan (McConville) Sroka; sons, Michael Sroka and his wife Lisa of Easton, PA; Brian Sroka and his wife Dawn of Nazareth, PA; Kevin Sroka of Gladstone, NJ; grandchildren, Christine, Amy, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Amanda, Caroline, and Julia.

In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his siblings, Patricia Bowers and Richard Sroka.

A calling hour will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM followed by a memorial service at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, William Penn Highway, Easton, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Michael's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
