Michael James Laubach, 45, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest surrounded by his family.
Michael was born in Bethlehem, PA, a son of Janice Campbell of Nazareth, and the late Wilbur Laubach.
Michael was married to the former Linda Billone, with whom he celebrated 17 wonderful years of marriage last April. He was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1989. Michael served in the USMC from 1989-1994, deployed to wartime service to the Persian Gulf during Desert Storm, and served in the PA National Guard from 19951998. He was an employee of Industrial Fumigant Co., and Proprietor for Priority 1 Pest Control.
Michael was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, where he served as Eucharistic Minister. He was also a member of San Placido Society. His overall joy was spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Michael is survived by a son Logan J. Laubach, and a daughter Lauren E. Laubach, both at home; his sisters Tina Sterner of Palmer Twp, Sue Anne Hunsicker of Bath, and Stacey Schlegel of Wind Gap; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Monday from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton. Interment will be in St. Anthonys Cemetery, Williams Twp.
