Michael E. Thomas, 61, of Palmer Twp, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Mike was born in Weehawken, NJ. He is the son of Pauline Thomas and the late George Thomas. He graduated from Pascack Valley High School in 1975, and then received his Bachelor's Degree at Georgian Court University, and Master's Degrees from Rutgers University and Lehigh University. Mike was married to the love of his life, Laurinda Thomas, for 40 years.

Mike was a generous and loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed cooking for many gatherings, golfing, bike rides, home improvement projects, tinkering with cars, traveling, and coaching any sports his children were involved in. Mike enjoyed a successful career as a statistician in the pharmaceutical industry and loved helping others with math. He also loved his Corvette and being a part of the Northampton Corvette Club.

In addition to his mother and wife, Mike is survived by his three children: Heather Azzalina and her husband Tyler, of Palmer Twp, Samantha Sutton and her husband AJ, of Easton, and Michael Thomas Wong and his husband Alexander, of Brooklyn, NY; grandson Chase Michael Azzalina; brothers George Thomas, Rich Thomas and his wife Barbara; sisters Colleen Drucker and her husband Ken, and Beth Martin and her husband Bob, and many amazing nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Morello Funeral Home, Inc. 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:30am to 11:00am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00am at the funeral home.
