Michael F. Zito, 77, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023, peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. Born on May 29, 1945 in Easton, PA he was the son of the late Michael and Virginia (Houck) Zito.

Michael graduated from Easton High School in 1963. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1965-1967. In 1972, he married the love of his life, Sharon (Rogora). They celebrated their 51st anniversary this past April. Michael worked in the production department for The Express Times for 43 years. After his retirement in 2007, he drove as a school bus driver for Easton School district until 2018.

In addition to his wife, Michael is survived by his son, Scott Zito; daughters, Dena Sutton and her husband, Darren; Michele Zito and her husband, Lenny Skibicki; sister, Donna Rowlands; grandchildren, Kylee Sutton and Zoe Zito.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm.
