Nadine Ned Shaheen, 90, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016 in Easton Hospital.

Ned was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Peter and Mary (Cully) Shaheen.

Ned was married to the former Gloria Mary Abboud. He was a graduate of Easton High School, and received a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from Lehigh University. He served in the US Navy during World War II. Ned was a Research Chemist for J.T. Baker Chemical, Pfizer, Reichard-Coulston, and Bethlehem Steel before retiring in 1990.

Ned was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church.

In addition to his wife, Ned is survived by a son Ronnie Peter Shaheen of Palmer Twp.; a daughter Carol Ann Shaheen of Palmer Twp. He is preceded in death by a brother Joseph Shaheen.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Divine Liturgy on Monday at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 4th & Ferry Streets, Easton, PA. Interment will be held in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
