Name: Nellie J. Smith, 91, of Easton, PA passed away Thursday, August 20, 2009 in Abbington Manor, Easton, PA. Born: Nellie was born in Lebanon, PA May 15, 1918. She was the daughter of the late Tony and Josephine (Capriotti) Foanio. Personal: Nellie was a seamstress for local textile mills in the Easton area. She also worked as a Nanny. In her spare time she worked for the church sewing bibs for baptism and other functions. Memberships: She was a member of St. Bernards Catholic Church, Easton, PA and a member of the churchs Alter & Rosary Society and Catholic Daughters. Survivors: She is survived by a son Charles Ruvolis and his wife of Salem, VA, three grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services: A calling hour will be held Tuesday August 25, 2009 from 8:30am until 9:30am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc. 3720 Nicholas Street, Palmer Twp., PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am in St. Bernards Catholic Church 132 S. 5th Street Easton, PA.
