Name: Nicholas (Nick) S. Ciambrone, 96 of Palmer Twp., passed away peacefully Saturday November 12, 2016 in his home.

Born: He was born on September 5, 1920 in Easton a son of the late Anthony and Caroline DiMarco Ciambrone.

Personal: Nicholas was preceded in death by his wife Georgette in 2013. He was a Facilities Director for Sanco Piece Dye Works and Flock Industries in Phillipsburg. Nicholas proudly served in the US Army. Nick devoted his life to supporting and caring for his family. He also was known for being mechanically gifted and always anxious to use his gift to help family, friends, neighbors and community with their building, repair and maintenance needs. He volunteered many hours to do the same for the YMCA, especially at Camp Hugh Beaver and Camp Skycrest.

Memberships: Nicholas was a member of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Easton. He also was a member of the AFLCIO.

Survivors: Nick is survived by his sons, Nicholas A. Ciambrone and wife Veronica of Palmer Twp., Michael Ciambrone and wife Abby of Long Island, NY; a sister Anna Rinaldi of Easton and grandchildren Patrick, Anthony, Maggie and Micaela. In addition to his wife, Nicholas is preceded in death by sisters Margaret Giosa, Philomena (May) Nothestine, Mary Rossi, Angelina (Angie) Simmons and brothers Joseph, William, Frank (Gigi), Andrew (Chet), Ralph and John Ciambrone.

Services: Calling hours will be held on Thursday morning from 8:30am until 10:00am in Our Lady of Lebanon Church, 4th and Ferry Streets in Easton. A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00am in the church. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp. Arrangements are under the direction of the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp.
