Patrick W. Murphy, 70, of Easton, PA,passed away Friday December 23, 2017 at his home.

Patrick was born on May 20, 1947 in Trenton, NJ. He was a son of the late Joseph P. and Dolores E. (Weston) Murphy.

Patrick was married to the late Barbara Mae (Caddy) Murphy, who passed away in January 1995. He was a Machinist at Binney & Smith, Inc. for 36 years until his retirement in 2016. He was a graduate of Bordentown High School in New Jersey, class of 1965. Patrick was also part of the 25 year club at the Crayola Crayon Factory here in Easton. He also served in the US Marines.

Patrick is survived by a daughter Angelic J. Murphy; two step sons Claude Gernert, Jr. and Scott Gernert; a step daughter Bonnie L. Davis and husband Brooks; four grandchildren Caila Murphy, Olivia Gernert, Ryan Davis and Rachel Davis; two brothers Steven Murphy and Daniel Murphy; and a sister Michelle S. Murphy. He is preceded in death by a brother Joseph Murphy, Jr.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
