Obituary

Paul A. Finken, Sr, 95, of Cresco, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital - East Stroudsburg.

He was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Albert and Martha (Kohler) Finken.

Paul was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1944; and served in the US Army as a Camera Technician during World War II. He was owner of Paul A. Finken & Sons Ornamental Iron Works. He was assistant Scout Master Troup 17, of Palmer Moravian Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird watching, genealogy, dancing, and spending time with his family.

Paul was a member of Green Pond United Methodist Church, a lifetime member of Palmer Athletic Association, member and past president of Easton Exchange Club.

Paul is survived by his sons Paul A. Finken, Jr. and wife Deborah of Easton, Jeffrey L. Finken and wife Eileen of Forks Twp.; daughters Marjorie Finken Drake of Palmer Twp., Alberta Deiter of East Stroudsburg; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; and his faithful dog Lee. He is preceded in death by a brother Richard Finken.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 26, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). Interment will be private.
