Pauline Hurtt Raso died Sunday November 29, surrounded by her loving family. Paula was born December 29, 1932 in Peekskill, NY to the late Paul and Rosemary Hurtt. She was a graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School, Montrose NY. She married shortly after graduation to the love of her life Dominick J. Raso M.D. and soon started her large family of 8 children. She was a professional model, secretary, office manager, and mother extraordinaire. Paula was a gourmet chef who won multiple local awards for her creative cuisine. Paulas crown jewel was always her family. She is irreplaceable. She was adored by her many friends and extended family on both her and her late husbands side. Her personal assistants were like family to her. Her warm home was the gathering place, filled with children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, and a menagerie of animals. A life long member of St. Jane de Chantal Church of Easton PA. She was a devout Roman Catholic. Her strong faith carried her through many devastating losses in her life. She enjoyed Mass and was blessed by her parish and their angelic music. Paula was predeceased by her late husband Dominick J. Raso M.D brother Paul Hurtt and children Paula Raso Cooper M.D Dianna, Andr, Angela, Anne, and Josef Raso. She is survived by brother Peter Hurtt, sister Elizabeth Cartisano, children Dominique Bailey Andersen M.D husband Roy, Gabriella Todd, husband Mark, Jon Raso M.D wife Eileen, son-in-law William Cooper M.D., wife Carol, daughter in-law Jan Raso, Dominic Raso, wife Amy, Anthony Raso, wife Susan. In addition, she was survived by 20 grandchildren, Paula Cooper Milne, husband Phil, Christina Cooper Bravata, husband Dr. Kurt, Dominick Cooper, wife Briana, William Cooper, Joshua Bailey, wife Sara, Iain Bailey, wife Corrie, Kaitlyn and Anna Todd, Rebecca, Jon, Angeline, and Theresa Raso, AJ and Noah Raso, Makayla and Luke Raso, Anthony, Nickolas, Isabella, and Giovanni Raso. Her surviving great grand children are Joseph and Sophia Bravata, Giovanni Cooper, Ava Bailey, Cooper Milne, and soon to be born, Robin Lee Milne. She is forever in our hearts. Rest peacefully in the arms of your Savior. Please celebrate her life with us. A public viewing is at Morello Funeral Home, Inc. 3720 Nicholas St Easton, PA on Friday December 4th, at 6pm-8pm and Saturday December 5th from 9am-10am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jane de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Ave. Easton, PA. Burial will follow immediately after Mass at Easton Heights Cemetery. Family and friends are invited back to her home at 124 N. 14th street, Easton PA, for a luncheon.
