Ralph Alexander Gotto, 90, of Palmer Township passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017 in Manor Care, Old Orchard.
Born in Nazareth, he was a son of the late Joseph and Carmela (Montone) Gotto.
Making the world a more colorful place, Ralph worked as a machinist for Crayola, Inc., (formerly Binney & Smith) for nearly 40 years before retiring in 1989. He also served his country as Army Private First Class from 1950-52 during the Korean War, stationed stateside at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Ralph was known as a happy, easy-going guy with an appreciation of a good cup of coffee, and an afternoon of Phillies baseball.
He was a member of St. Jane Frances De Chantal Church, Palmer Township.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret, of Palmer Township, a son, Joseph of Laguna Niguel, California, a daughter, Lisa of Crownsville, Maryland, a grandson, Jordan Petchonka of Easton, and sisters, Mrs. Kenneth Engler and Mrs. Joseph Jurasits, both of Nazareth; two, stepdaughters, Loris Miller of Palmer Township, Dawn Carr of Lake Worth, Florida and a step grandson, Donald Carr of Nashville, Tennessee.
A calling hour will be held on Friday at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com
