Obituary

Randall Alan Weston , 60, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away unexpectedly in his home Tuesday, February 6, 2024.  Born and raised in Hazel Park, Michigan, Randall moved to the Lehigh Valley, PA when he married the love of his life, Joanne.  A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Randall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and devoted his career to improving the lives of older adults.  His dream was to help seniors maintain autonomous functioning and remain as independent as possible.  Randall was founder and CEO of The Weston Group, Inc., a national rehabilitation company offering Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy to seniors, as well as many other healthcare related businesses.  An inspiration to many, Randall was always willing to roll up his sleeves and help others in need.  He touched the lives of so many individuals in all walks of life and always went above and beyond.

One of his many hobbies was growing and planting fig trees with the hope of starting a fig orchard.  An avid paddle boarder, Randall loved riding in his dingey and could often be spotted carrying either to the beach, wearing his signature pink crocks.  He loved to start each day playing with his newborn twin grandsons, Caleb and Dylan, in their "Pop Pop therapy gym" and never missed a "first." An all-around athlete, Randall excelled in football, wrestling and most sports throughout his life.  His annual super bowl celebration with wife and daughter was a favorite, along with watching "Die Hard," "Lethal Weapon" and "300: Rise of an Empire."

A devoted and loyal husband, Randall celebrated his 36th wedding anniversary by asking his wife, Joanne to marry him all over again.  He was a fiercely protective and loving father to his daughter, Madeline and an authentic person who made you feel safe, special and loved.

Randall is survived by his wife Joanne Regina Weston, daughter Madeline Regina Weston, fiancé Nicholas Borgia and twin grandsons Caleb and Dylan.  He is also survived by his father Alfred G. Weston, Sr, brother Alfred G. Weston, Jr. and wife Lori, brother Dean David Weston and wife Tracy, sister Susan Lindamood and husband Mike, brother Steven Lee Weston and wife Michelle, as well as sister-in-law Mary Ann Regina Ochab, brother-in-law Damian Ochab, and Godson Peter Ochab, as well as numerous godchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother Madeline Austin Weston.
