Obituary

Renato Patriarca, 92, of Williams Twp. passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at St. Luke's Anderson Campus. Born on February 19, 1933 in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Levino and Sofia (Francavillese) Patriarca.

He was a hard worker growing up as a farmer for his family's dairy farm. He then worked for Schiable's Bakery before returning to his family's farm. Upon retiring, he then worked on a horse farm because he loved animals, especially horses. He could always be found outside maintaining his lawn. Growing up in Easton and having graduated from Easton Area High School, he was a true EAHS football supporter. He was also was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan.

Renato is survived by his daughter, Diane Hunt and her husband, Kenneth of Williams Twp.; and grandson, Douglas Hunt.

Renato was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Lucille (Zamataro); and brothers, Rocco, Carmen, and Alex Patriarca.

A calling hour will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Easton, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in Renato's name to The Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, PA 18042.
