Richard T. Brummundt, 70, of Nazareth, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Born on September 25, 1952 in Hoboken, NJ, he was the son of the late William and Ruth (Rice) Brummundt. He graduated from Emerson High School and enlisted in The United States Marines, serving during the Vietnam War.

He served as the Scientific Director for Steris Corp. He later worked at Bertold in South Carolina before their closing. Upon his retirement, Richard was the manager of Marketplace 316 in Wind Gap. He had a passion for designing speakers, repairing turntables, and all sound systems. His hobbies included short wave radio and camping.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Charlene (Webb) Brummundt; sons, Scott and Andrew Brummundt; and sister, Carolyn Ghignone.

Calling hours will be held Monday, March 20, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.)
