Robert J. Giesen of Easton passed June 15 after a brief illness. Born February 19, 1961 in Honesdale, Pa. He was the son of John F. and Jane (Southerton) Giesen.  Robert was graduate of Easton Area High School, Northampton Community College and East Stroudsburg University where we studied computer science

Robert had most recently been employed by Amazon, and previously by Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine, Quaker Color Company and Victaulic. Robert enjoyed fly fishing, touring New York City and was an avid photographer.

He created and maintained many long-term relationships from childhood, school, employment and various clubs that he is eternally grateful for their friendship.

He had been preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his father, sister Kim Lutz and husband Joseph of Williams Township, sister Jennifer Stra and husband Sandy of Palmer Township, A nephew Andrew (Christine) Lutz, niece Katie (Brandon) Petty and twin grand-nieces Reese and Rowan Petty who brought him great joy while spending time with them.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Easton Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). Online condolences may be made at www.morellofuneralhome.com
