Robert "Bob" A. Regan, Sr., 82, of Easton, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022, at his home. Born in Milton, New Hampshire on April 23, 1940, he was a son of the late Dorothy (Otis) and James Regan, Sr. He graduated from Nute High School in 1958 where he played basketball and baseball. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree from University of New Hampshire in 1962. Shortly after graduating college, he accepted a position with AT&T where he worked for 36 years. During his early years with AT&T he enlisted in the Army where he served until 1969.
Bob was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. He served on the board of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He was also a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Bob was a very active person and enjoyed golfing, and playing tennis. He also loved to run and ran in the New York City Marathon.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Patterson) Regan, with whom he celebrated 59 years of marriage; daughter, Jennifer Powers and husband, Thomas of Basking Ridge, NJ; cherished granddaughters, Julia, Alyssa, Samantha; brother, Bruce Regan of Milton, NH; and many nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his son, Robert Regan, Jr.; brother, James Regan, Jr.; sister, Paula Lucier.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA 18045. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp. Memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305.
