Robert Charles Reighn, 68, of Allentown, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Lehigh Valley Hospital.

He was born in Easton, PA, the son of the late Charles A. Reighn Jr. and Isabel (Medellin) Reighn.

Robert was a graduate of Wilson High School, and the Allentown Police Academy. He was an Easton Police Officer from 1975-1979, then a Lieutenant at Lehigh Valley Prison for 35 years until retiring. Robert enjoyed golfing, collecting and building model trains; and was a fan of Penn State and Eagles football, the Phillies, and the Boston Red Sox. He was a member of the Hogan's Club, and Woodlawn Fire Company.

Robert is survived by a son Christopher Reighn and wife Christina of Allentown; a daughter Rebecca Uplinger and husband Aaron of Slatington; a sister Julie Ottinger of Pen Argyl; grandchildren Neil William Kleppinger III, and Charles Reighn.

A gathering will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp), followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
