Robert L. Werkheiser, 93, of Easton, PA, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020 in his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Robert was born in Bartonsville, PA, a son of the late Lavere Franklin and Susan Idella (Smith) Werkheiser.

Robert was married to Jane "Jenny" (Giordano) Werkheiser, with whom he celebrated 55 years of marriage last November. He served in the US Navy. Robert was a truck driver for Penn Linen, and later for Youngs Pharmacy. He was a fan of Notre Dame; enjoyed baseball and spending time reminiscing with family.

Robert was a member of Central PA Teamsters, and USS Renville APA 227.

In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by a son Gary Werkheiser and wife Carol of Bethlehem; a daughter Karen Werkheiser and Don Russ of Easton; grandchildren Jessica, Matthew, and Andrew. He is preceded in death by his sisters Bernetta Flower, Mary Hallet; brothers Stanley and Clifford Werkheiser.

A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, August 12 ^th , from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 11:30 am in the funeral home.
