Obituary

Robert H. Willever, 89, of Easton, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 in Easton Hospital.

Robert was born in Stewartsville, NJ, a son of the late Keith and Hazel (Gishel) Willever; and step-mother Elsie Willever.

Robert was married to the former Marian Ciccarelli, before her passing in 2012. He worked for the Victaulic Company of America (former Lehigh Foundry) before retiring in 1979. Robert proudly served in the US Navy during World War II in the Pacific Theatre.

He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Robert is survived by a son Robert Willever and wife Julieann of Bethlehem; a daughter Linda Cavanaugh and husband William of Palmer Twp.; sisters Jean Horn, Joan Belfy; brothers Russell, Barry, Ronald and Terry Willever; a step-brother Clarence Serfass; grandchildren Robert, Gary, Jennifer, Elizabeth; six great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is preceded in death by sisters Barbara Transue, Elizabeth Kalnas; a brother Keith Willever; grandsons Jason and Eric Rute, and a great-grandson Nevin Bogansky.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Saturday from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Roberts memory may be made to the Robert and Marian Willever Endowed Scholarship at East Stroudsburg University.
