Russell Mountjoy, 72, of Bethlehem Twp., PA, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 in his home. Born: Russell was born in Kingston, PA, a son of the late Charles and Lulu (Leonard) Mountjoy. Personal: Russell was married to the former Barbara Faye Heacock with whom he would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this October. He was a regional manager for automotive service centers for K-Mart, and later worked part-time for the City of Easton in the recycling center. He retired from the US Navy after serving 20 years. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Russell is survived by daughters Robyn Lee Mountjoy and husband Thomas Bartholomew of Easton, Renee Lynn Schwartz and husband Chris of Farmington, NJ, son; Russell Mountjoy, Jr.; sisters Lois Joyce, Ruth Wilkinson; brothers John and Ed Mountjoy; grandchildren Rynn, Randy, TJ, and Katelyn. He is preceded in death by a sister Jean Nestor and a brother Charles Mountjoy. Services: Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and also Monday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.
