Born: She was born on July 18, 1949 in Dover, NJ a daughter of Eleanor McCabe of Mountain Top, PA and the late Norbert Blaskowski. Personal: Sharon was employed as an RN for the Labor and Delivery Department at St. Lukes Hospital in Bethlehem until her retirement in 2003. She earned her BSN from Muhlenberg Nursing School in Plainfield, NJ. Memberships: She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church in Palmer Twp. Survivors: Sharon is survived by her husband Gregory Lessa of Scranton, a son Michael Lessa and wife Rosa of Allentown; daughter Julie Ialeggio and husband John of Palmer Twp.; sisters Julie, Susan, Mary; brothers Norbert, Patty-Jim and grandchildren Matthew, Sofia Lessa and Anabelle Ialeggio. Services: Calling hours will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and Wednesday morning from 10:00am until 11:00am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00am in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
