Raymond "Skip" C. Clause, Jr., 54, of Easton, PA, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021.

He was born in Easton, PA, a son of Sandra (Borgeson) Matyger.

Skip was married to the former Marie Brennan, with whom he celebrated 32 years of marriage this past February. He was a graduate of Easton Area High School, class of 1984. He was a laborer at Tech Conveyer Company in Phillipsburg, NJ. Skip was an avid Republican, a huge sports fan, and enjoyed playing quoits in the local Easton quoit leagues. He enjoyed snowmobiling, kayaking, frisbee-golf, four-wheeling, and many other outdoor activities.

Skip was a true friend and was always willing to help anyone in need.

Skip was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Easton.

In addition to his wife, Skip is survived by his sons Sean Clause and fiancée Brittany of Coopersburg, Alex Clause of Wilson Boro.; his sisters Teena Matyger of Belvidere, NJ, Tammy Matyger of Orlando, FL; and his loving dog Mia.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday May 29, 2021 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.), followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com.
