Born: Robert was born on August 27, 1924 in Spangler, PA, a son of the late Harry and Veronica Cosei Sherry. Personal: Robert and his wife Mary (Bilotta) Sherry were married for 65 years before her death in June 2011. He was a tool maker for Ingersoll Rand of Phillipsburg, NJ, before retiring in 1986. He was a graduate of Allentown Catholic High School, class of 1942. Memberships: Robert was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society, ELKS, and St. Anthonys Golden Age Society. Survivors: Robert is survived by his sister Dorothea Smith of Bethlehem. In addition to his wife, Robert is preceded in death by his son Robert J. Sherry Jr., and a brother Harry Sherry Jr. Services: A calling hour will be held on Monday from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp.
