Stella Ann Miechur, 83, of Nazareth, PA, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 in St. Lukes Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born: Stella was born in Phillipsburg, NJ, a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Usas) Bobinis. Personal: Stella was married to Frank T. Miechur, Sr, with whom she celebrated 61 years of marriage last May 2. Memberships: She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Bath, PA. Survivors: In addition to her husband, Stella is survived by her sons Frank T. Miechur, Jr and wife Josie of Nazareth, PA, Craig Miechur and wife Stella of Alpha, NJ, James Miechur of Nazareth; a daughter Diane Turdo and husband Frank of Nazareth, PA; her sisters Jenny Kornfeind of Northampton; grandchildren Keith, Brad, Trisha, Jennifer, Brian, and Matthew; and 13 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by several sisters and brothers: Stanley, Mickey, Tony, John, Ida, Annie, Veronica, Helen, and Josephine. Services: A calling hour will be held on Monday from 1:00 pm to2:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.
