Stephen D. Mangino, 87, of Williams Township, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025 at his home. Born January 1, 1938 in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Angelo and Anna (Lombardo) Mangino. He and his wife Dorothy (Wieser) Mangino were married for 55 years until her death in 2014.
Stephen was a graduate of Wilson High School, class of 1955. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and proudly served from 1955-1959. He worked for Pennsylvania Power and Light for 28 years until his retirement in 2001.
He is survived by two sons, Stephen J. Mangino and his wife Gricelda, of Laredo Texas; Michael A. Mangino and his wife Mary of Palmer Township; and a daughter, Elaine Nesbit and her husband Steven, of Palm Coast, Florida.
In addition, he is survived by seven grandchildren, Tanya, Stephen, Stephanie, Steven, Nicole, Lila, and Sofia; and seven great-grandchildren, Taylor, Aubrey, Mason, Matthew, Tyler, Turner, and Tucker.
He was pre-deceased by his brother, Frank Mangino, and grandson, Matthew Mangino.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Parish, 132 South 5th Street, Easton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM followed by interment in Gethsemane Cemetery in Palmer Township.
