Steven Sora, 69, of Easton, passed away on August 20, 2021, in his home.

Steve is survived by his wife Theresa (Remson) Sora with whom he celebrated 45 years of marriage on October 26th.

Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of the late Anthony and Lillian (Kump) Sora.

Steve was a graduate of C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, where he received a degree in History. He went on to work as a financial advisor on Wall Street and at LPL Financial where he worked for 20 years. Although he worked in finance, Steve's true passion was writing. As an author, Steve wrote multiple books, his most notable title being The Lost Treasure of the Knights Templar: Solving the Oak Island Mystery.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Michael Sora, husband of Kerri of Pen Argyl and Christian Sora, husband of Juniora of St. Louis, MO. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Isabelle, Jackson, Jordan, Camilla, Wyatt, and Aria Sora and his sisters: Joanne Sora of Allentown and Diane Mason of Bethlehem.

A memorial service will be held at Morello Funeral Home Inc, 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp) on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 2:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 1-2:00PM.
