Surjit Singh 79, of Bethlehem Twp. Passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 26, 2013.

Born : Surjit was born in Jalota India a son of the Late Hari Singh and Bant Kaur.

Personal: Surjit is preceded in death by his wife Narinder Kaur in August of last year. He served as a high school principal in India for many years before his retirement in 1995. Mr. Singh served as a Captain in the Indian Army from 1962-1968.

Survivors: Surjit is survived by his two sons Dr. Narpinder Singh and his wife Dr. Harinder Kaur Singh, Dr. Parminder Pal Singh and his wife Dr. Jasjeet Kaur; grandchildren Herman, Amol, Mahima Sanghera.

Services: Calling hours will be held Saturday, July 27th from Noon until 1:30 PM in the Morello Funeral Home 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA 18045. Interment will be private. A public religious ceremony will be held at Sikh Gurudwara (Temple) at Guru Nanak Sikh Society at 648 Daniels Road, Nazareth, PA 18064 from 11:30am until 2PM on August 3, 2013.
