Theresa Laraia, 71, of Easton (Palmer Twp), PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 16, 2021.

Born February 25, 1950 in New York City she was the daughter of the late Domenick and Mary
(Somma) Streppone. She lived many years and raised her family in Hackettstown, NJ before
moving to Palmer Twp., PA in 2005 to be closer to her grandchildren.

Theresa was married to Rocco Laraia for 49 years until his passing in November 2019. She was
a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. She was so full of life and lit up every room she
walked into. She was an amazing cook and when she cooked it was to feed an army. She
enjoyed spending time with her family and friends; especially with her grandchildren.

Theresa is survived by a daughter, Tina Lyden and husband Keith of Bethlehem Twp., PA; son,
Frank Laraia of Easton, PA; Grandchildren, Madison, Anthony, Nicholas and Matthew Lyden;
extended family and many friends; her beloved dog, Sophia who will now be cared for by her
granddaughter, Madison. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a brother,
Anthony Streppone.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral
Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). An opportunity to share words of
remembrance will begin at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July
28, 2021 at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 3219 Santee Road, Bethlehem, PA
18020.
