Thomas D. Condosta, 86, of Palmer Twp., PA, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 in his home peacefully in his sleep.

Thomas was born in Cliffside Park, NJ, a son of the late Gaetano M. and Maria (Basta) Condosta.

Thomas was married to the former Lois E. Placet, with whom he celebrated 58 years of marriage last April. He enlisted in the US Marines during the Korean Conflict, and later was a tool and dye maker by trade.

Thomas was an active member of the Palmer Twp. Municipal Volunteer Fire Department with almost 50 years of service. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #9.

In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by his sons Thomas Condosta and wife Melanie of Cleveland, OH, Robert Condosta and wife Wendy of New Windsor, NY, William Condosta and fiancée Lisa of Bethlehem, PA, Daniel Condosta and wife Amy of Pittsburgh, PA; sisters Catherine Bertoli and husband Richard, Nina Kovacs and husband Richard; brothers Michael Condosta and wife Georgette, Dominick Condosta; grandchildren Josh, Justin, Kristen, Jewell, Mia, Jackson, Jaydan; and a great-granddaughter Ryann. He is preceded in death by a sister Beatrice Palestino; and a brother-in-law Joseph Palestino.

Calling hours will be on Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Monday, December 31, 2018 from 8:45 am to 9:45 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 am in St. Jane Frances Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Palmer Twp. Interment will be at a later date.
