Thomas F. Doerner, 59, of Easton, PA, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014 in Pottsville Medical Center. Born: Thomas was born in Newton, NJ, a son of the late Frank and Evelyn (Rebner) Doerner. Personal: Thomas was married to the former Deborah Frankenfield, with whom he celebrated 33 years of marriage on October 31. He was a truck driver trainer for SMP Inc. He and his wife volunteered many years for the Girl Scouts of America as a Master Trainer and Leader. He was an avid Nascar Racing fan. Thomas patented several Mechanical devices in his career. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by a daughter Jennifer Doerner of Easton; a brother Todd Doerner and his family, wife Christine, son Steven, and daughter Hanna of Palmer Twp.; a granddaughter Jaden Heckman; many nieces and nephews.
