Thomas (Tom) William Liska, 82, of Palmer Twp. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 20, 1940 in Montclair NJ, he was the son of the late John and Mildred (Gianetti) Liska. He graduated in 1959 from Passaic Valley Regional High School in Little Falls, NJ and later that fall, married the love of his life, Ann Marie (Pagano). During high school, his skills as a football player led him to All-State Honors. He went onto to play semi-pro football.  Lastly, he enjoyed many successful years coaching Youth Football.

He was a Sr. Leader at Roche Pharmaceuticals until his retirement in 1997. Tom could then be found cheering on his favorite football teams, Penn State and the Eagles. When football was not in season, he kept active with golfing, fishing, hunting or gardening, but his most treasured moments were spent with his family and attending his grandchildren's sporting events. Tom belonged to the Italian American Club and Fleas Club in Easton.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Ann Marie; children, Debra Liska-Solomon and her husband, Mel of Forks Twp.; Brian Liska and his wife, Michelle of Jupiter, FL; Kathleen Ghignone of Palmer Twp.; Thomas Liska of Saucon Valley; a sister, Geraldine Sirugo and her husband, John of Toms River, NJ; nine grandchildren: Evan, Gianna, Ethan, Emily, Brielle, Alexa, Dylan, Hannah, and Gia.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his brother, James Liska and sister, Dolores Liska.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). An additional calling hour will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 9:30 am until 10:15 am in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:15 am.
