Thomas P. McDonald, 81, of Palmer Twp., PA passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022. Born on July 18, 1941, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Campbell) McDonald. He graduated from Belvidere High School and then enlisted in the Army. Thomas worked as the plant manager for Owens-Illinois Inc. in Belvidere, New Jersey for over 40 years.

He was married to the love of his life, Frederica (Markley) McDonald until her passing in 2016. While his children were in school, he was the president of the Booster Club at Notre Dame High School. Upon becoming a grandpa, he would spend his retirement with his grandchildren, always attending their events. He was their biggest fan. Thomas was a very active member at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church and as retreat leader with his wife, Fredi for many years.

Thomas is survived by his son, James McDonald and wife, Christine of Easton, PA; daughter, Shannon DiSora and husband, David of Easton, PA; brothers, Joseph McDonald and wife, Roberta of NC, William McDonald and wife, Donna of SC, Patrick McDonald of FL; grandchildren, Morgan, Riley, Alexis, Nolan and Cael.

In addition to his parents and wife, Thomas was preceded in death by a brother, James McDonald.
