Tyler Joseph Perez, 41, of Easton, passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2024. Born in Flemington, NJ on August 19, 1982 he was a son of Carol (Perez) Cuvo and her husband, John of Easton and the late Carl Schaarschmidt. Tyler attended Easton Area High School. He worked as a security officer for Job 1 USA Security.

Tyler liked listening to music and playing video games during his down time. He was a genuine and kind person. He loved joking around, making people laugh and smile. He always made sure other people were taken care of before he was.

In addition, his mother and step-father he is survived by his daughter, Kailey Paye Perez and her companion, Chris Winchell of Easton; brother, Lucas Pyatt of Nazareth; Aunt, Vivianne Govea and her husband, Ruben of Miami, FL; and many cousins and close friends.
