Valerie A. Saad, 64, of Easton, PA, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 in St. Luke's Hospice House, in Bethlehem.  Valerie was born in Easton, the daughter of the late Samuel and Josephine (Badway) Saad.

Valerie graduated from Freedom High School the class of 1972.  Valerie received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing, from Seton Hall University and her Master's degree in Management from Phoenix University.  She enlisted in the United Sates Navy and was promoted to Lieutenant Commander serving from 1977 – 1994.  Valerie worked for many years as a Registered Nurse and in hospital administration.

Valerie is survived by a sister Helen Budway and her husband Anthony, of Johnston, RI, and three nephews, Samuel and his wife Yara, Anthony, Zachary and great nephew Alexander and great niece Reema.  Valerie is also survived by her Aunt Mary Najjar and many cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to offer sympathies to the family from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM in the Church on Friday.  A Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Lebanon Church, 4 ^th & Ferry Streets, Easton, Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Our Lady of Lebanon Church 54 South 4 ^th street Easton, PA 18042.  Services are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc. in Easton, PA.  Online condolences may be offered at www.morellofuneralhome.com
