Vicky O. Dean, 70, of Palmer Twp. passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024 in her home. Born on September 29, 1953 in Batesburg-Leesville, SC, she was the daughter of the late John Oswald and Lorene (Holmes) Hallman.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in education from Winston College and taught English for middle and high school students. Vicky was of the Baptist faith. Her interests included painting, genealogy, and reading mystery or classic novels.

Vicky is survived by her sons, Tyler Dean and his wife, Arianna of Coopersburg; Brett Dean of Bethlehem; and sister, Kathy Harris and her husband, Bob.

Vicky was preceded in death by her husband, Richard M. Dean.
