Vincent J. Cells, 72, of Long Valley, NJ, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 in St. Luke's Hospital, Anderson Campus.

Vincent was born in Elizabeth, NJ, a son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Maguire) Cells.

Vincent was married to the former Michele Mathews, with whom he celebrated 42 years of marriage last June. He was a graduate of North Hunterdon High School; earned an Electrical Engineer degree from Michigan Tech University; and later earned his Professional Engineering License. Vincent was an Electrical Engineer for Lucent Technologies for 17 years until retiring, and later worked for Jersey Central Power and Light for 10 years and retired again in March of 2018. He was an avid hunter and fisherman; enjoyed bowling; and was a die-hard NY Giants fan. He was a member of Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church of Long Valley, NJ.

In addition to his wife, Vincent is survived by his daughters Caitlin S. Cells of Fairfax, VA, Meaghan E. Cells of Boston, MA; his sisters Joan Siravo and husband Rocco of Port Murray, NJ, Kathy Kurowski of GA; and a brother Ronald Cells of Easton. He is preceded in death by a brother Charles Cells.

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, services will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp).
