Vincent A. Fraccica, 88, of Easton, PA passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in his home surrounded by his loving family.Vincent was born in Easton, PA, a son of the late Angelo and Angelina (LoPresti) Fraccica. Vincent was married to Pauline (DeBellis) Fraccica, with whom he celebrated 66 years of marriage on May 5. He was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1946. Vincent then went on to join the Army in September of 1946, he received a World War II victory medal, and Army of occupation Medal in Japan. Vincent was honorably discharged from the United States Army in December of 1947. Vincent was a police officer for the City of Easton serving in the Juvenile division for many years and retired as a Captain from the Easton Police Department. Since his retirement from the Easton Police Department he went on to work for Northampton County Prison as a Corrections officer. Vincent was an officer in the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.). Vincent was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, in Easton. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Police. He enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. In addition to his loving wife, Vincent is survived by sons: Angelo Fraccica and his wife Natalie, of Oregon, Vincent Fraccica and his wife Mary, of Riegelsville, PA, a daughter Donna East and her husband David, of Wisconsin, a sister Angie Notaro and her husband Daniel of Nazareth, PA, a brother Rocky Fraccica and his wife Sadie, of Forks Twp., grandchildren: Dominick, Jessica, John, Sarah, Daniel, and Anthony, great grandchildren: Emerie , Vivianne, and William, several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. with an additional calling hour held on Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th and Lehigh Street, Easton, PA .
