Vincenza M. Amato, 94, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, December 1, 2017 in her home.

Vincenza was born in Castel di Lucio Sicily, Italy, a daughter of the late Francesco and Liboria (Viglianti) Cicero.

Vincenza was married to Enrico Amato before his passing in 1998. She was a seamstress for Strongwear Pants, J & A Dress, Avante, and Northampton Pants. Vincenza and her husband Enrico founded the St. Josephs Table devotional in honor of St. Joseph. She was devoted to Jesus, the Blessed Mother, her religion, and her family.

Vincenza was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and Circolo San Placido Society.

Vincenza is survived by her sons Anthony Amato, Nat P. Amato and wife Nancy; a daughter Josephine Cicero; a brother Vincenzo Cicero of Castel di Lucio, Sicily; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by an infant son Natale Amato; a daughter-in-law Joann Amato; son-in-law Francesco Cicero; her brothers Antonino Cicero, Paolo Cicero, Giuseppe Cicero, and Placido Cicero.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an additional calling hour on Monday from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA. Entombment will be in St. Anthonys Mausoleum, Williams Twp.
