Viola Vi Vangeli, 89, of Easton, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015 in New Eastwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Easton, PA, a daughter of the Nicola and Maria (Palmisano) Luparelli, Vi was married to Frank A. Vangeli, Sr., before his passing in 2010. She was employed by the Fredwill Co., formerly of Easton, before retiring in 1966. Vi was a devoted member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. She is survived by her son Frank A. Vangeli Jr. and wife Betty Ann of West Hampton, NJ; and many nieces and nephews who will miss her. In addition to her husband, Vi is preceded in death by her sisters Mary Whalen, Mary Ann Crisafulli, Margaret DeSantis; and brothers Dominic and Patsy Luparelli. Family and friends are invited to celebrate in the Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 9th & Lehigh Streets, Easton, PA.
