Obituary

Name: Wilbur G. Bunny Krech, 98 of Easton passed away Sunday, August 30, 2009 in his home.

Born: He was born on March 5th, 1911 in Glendon, PA a son of the late Edward and Jenny (Mills) Krech.

Personal: Bunny retired from Bethlehem Steel in 1973 where he had been employed as an auto mechanic for more than 20 years. Prior to his Bethlehem Steel employment he was the proprietor of the former ABC Garage in Glendon. He found great enjoyment in pursuing his interests in photography, target shooting, hunting, fishing and dancing. He served in the US Navy during WWII.

Memberships: He volunteered many years for ProJeCt of Easton as an adult literacy volunteer until he reached the age of 93.

Survivors: He is survived by his daughter Patricia Ann and her husband Larry Yadush of Northampton PA and his grandson Spencer Metzgar of Easton. He was preceded in death by a sister Jeannette E. Gabor and two brothers who died in early childhood.

Services: A calling hour will be held Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of services at 11:00 am in the Morello Funeral Home Inc. 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. Interment will follow in Hays Cemetery, Easton, PA.

Contributions: Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 212 E. Broad St, Bethlehem PA. 18018.
