William G. Kleppinger, 73, of Nazareth, PA passed away peacefully at St. Lukes Hospital, in Bethlehem,surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday August 1, 2015. William was born in Pottsville, PA, a son of the late Clarence and Erma (Heavener) Kleppinger. William was married to Barbara A. (Mostow) Kleppinger, with whom he celebrated 53 years of marriage.He was a graduate of Easton High School, the class of 1960. William served in the United States Army during 1961 1964; he received the sharpshooter medal and was honorably discharged. William started his own concrete foundation business in 1972, William G. Kleppinger & Son L.L.C, and worked for 42 years. He was an active member for many years at the Masonic Lodge, Citizens Hose, Fleas Club, Hillside hunters, American Legion, National Rifle Association (NRA), West Easton Fire Company, the State Theater, and his poker club; He was an avid hunter, fisherman, gardener, and Philadelphia sports fan. In addition to his wife, William is survived by a son: Brett Kleppinger and his wife Kelly, of Palmer Twp.,two daughters: Beverly Cole and her companion Robert, of Danielsville, PA, Billi Bliss and her husband Roderick, of Bangor; a brother: C. Edward Kleppinger and his wife Linda, of Forks Twp., a sister: Althea Keifer and her husband Richard, of Greentown, PA; 7 grandchildren: Danielle and fiance AJ, Averie,Jolene, Roderick IV and his companion Christine, Taylor, Morganne, and Ryan; and 5 great grandchildren: Elijah, Jordan, Izabella, Roderick V and Trey; and a large extended family. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Morello Funeral Home Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Easton (Palmer Twp.,). A graveside service will be held on Monday at Northampton Memorial Shrine Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. 3051 Green Pond Road Easton, PA 18045.
