William B. "Bill" Mackey, III, 72, of Easton passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in St. Luke's Hospital, Easton. Born in Easton on May 9, 1950, he was the son of the late Katharine (Stine) and William B. Mackey, II. During his high school days, he was very active with music and band, playing the oboe and clarinet. He graduated from Easton High School, class of 1968.

Bill worked as the manager for Katharine Ceramics in Palmer Twp. He was a very active member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He sang in the choir and was a member of the Holy Name Society. During his free time, he enjoyed painting.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Michelle T. (Del Villaggio) Mackey; niece, Carla Kresge and her husband, John of Palmer Twp, PA; and cousin, Jim Stine of Tampa Bay, FL; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Austin Quick.
